Kathmandu : Kumari Job has successfully completed its first batch of “Professional HR Training” with renowned and experienced industry professionals. The Professional HR Training has been designed to improve the skills and performance of an individual. Trainers from various industrial backgrounds have provided a 24-day-long intensive training to the participants. A total of 16 participants including working professionals as well as aspirants wanting to make their career in the field of HR had participated in the training.
The training was given by expert HR professionals from Nepal’s most prominent and large business organizations. Some of them are Mr. Bhuwan Raj Joshi – Vice President of Sherpa Hospitality Group, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Singh – Assistant General Manager (HR) of Laxmi Group, Neha Joshi – HR & Administration Head of Dish Media Network, Richa Pandey – HR Head of Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd and Sudhir Dhungel of Asian Paints and so on.

The participants described the training to be interactive, insightful, and interesting. One of the participants stated that she enrolled in the training with the motive to learn how to improve the services of an organization to its employees and also how the organization can be benefitted from the skills of its employees. She also mentioned that by participating in the training, she got to update herself about the current labour law of Nepal. Another participant said that the training had become more enjoyable due to the convenient location and friendly staff. The participants said that they were grateful to attend the session given by knowledgeable instructors from reputed institutions.
