Kumari Job joined hands with Maina Devi Foundation for the “Kathmandu Trash Collection Race 2022”

Kathmandu :The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Kumari Job and  Maina Devi Foundation for the upcoming Kathmandu Trash Collection Race 2022.  According to the agreement, Kumari job will be the official career partner for the event.

Mr. Sandesh Bhandari, Managing Director of Kumari job, said, “We are glad to be a part of Kathmandu Trash Collection Race 2022. In fact, we all should join hands for such noble causes where environmental issues are of concern. Youths are an indispensable part of such events. Likewise, Nepal’s employment sector is in need of such conscious and active youths.” Mr. Bhandari himself being a young entrepreneur is quite well aware of these kinds of partnerships which are needed every once in a while.

Kathmandu Trash Collection Race 2022 is a one-day event where participants will have to run 6km in 90 mins and collect trash while running. The participants are required to make a team of two, and 5 teams to collect the most trash within the given time will be announced the winners.

Mr. KP Khanal, a social activist said, “I want to thank Kumari job for joining hands for this noble cause. As a social activist, I strongly believe that we should all come together to clean our city and it is possible to keep the city clean. and we should all come together for this.”

Anyone can register for free via the PayWell app. The race starts at 7 am in the morning on Saturday (10th of Baisakh) from Imperial Business College, Hattisar and winners will get a chance to win a cash prize of 50,000.

Kumari job, being Nepal’s leading job portal is already seen participating in different CSR  activities, and this year, it is their first CSR activity, and more to come.
