Kathmandu : NIMB Ace Capital Limited, is appointed as the Securities Issuance
and Sales Manager for its upcoming ordinary shares issuance through the book building of Yeti
Brewery Limited. Mr. Sanjeev Sarraf, Managing Director of Yeti Brewery Limited, and Mr.
Sachindra Dhungana, General Manager of NIMB Ace Capital Limited, signed the agreement
formalizing this partnership.
Yeti Brewery Limited's registered office is at Atal Complex, Uttar Dhoka, Lazimpat, Kathmandu,
and the brewery factory of Yeti Brewery Limited is located in Khairhani Municipal Ward no. 4
Chitwan district, produces and sells well-known beer brands such as Arna BCLB, Yeti BCB, YB
BC, Shikhar BCB, Kingfisher BCB, among others.
Under the terms of the agreement, NIMB Ace Capital Limited will manage all aspects related to
the public issuance and management of Yeti Brewery Limited's ordinary shares through the
book-building method. The collaboration signifies a commitment to a seamless and successful
securities issuance process.
