Xiaomi Expands Services: Two Official Service Centers Opened in Birgunj and Janakpur

Kathmandu: Globally renowned technology company Xiaomi has continued expanding its services with the objective of providing customers with convenient, fast, and reliable support. In this connection, the company has brought two new official service centers into operation-one on Falgun 14 (Thursday) at Adarshanagar, Birgunj, and another on Falgun 15 (Friday) at Orbit Mall, Shiv Chowk, Janakpur.

With the launch of these service centers, Xiaomi users in Madhesh Province will now be able to access official, high-quality services within their own region. According to the company, this expansion is expected to further strengthen customer satisfaction.

The new service centers will provide repair services, technical inspections, and support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables (smartwatches and fitness bands), hearables (earphones and headphones), and various IoT devices. All spare parts used at these centers will be official (genuine) components.

The service centers will be operated by Teledirect Pvt. Ltd.. Teledirect is a company under Ramesh Corp and has been managing official service operations for the Xiaomi brand across Nepal, establishing itself as a trusted service provider among customers.

On the occasion of the inauguration, the company has also announced special offers. For one month from the date of operation, customers will receive free servicing and software upgrade services for all devices. Additionally, up to 25 percent discount will be provided on out-of-warranty spare parts and repair services, and no service charge will be applied to out-of-warranty spare parts, the company stated.

Both service centers will be staffed with skilled and trained technical teams capable of providing official, standards-compliant services ranging from routine repairs to complex technical issues.
