Kathmandu, Feb 10: Global technology leader Xiaomi has launched its new smartphone, the Redmi Note 15, in Nepal. This smartphone is now available in the Nepali market with an attractive design, excellent performance, vibrant display, advanced AI features, and cutting-edge security technology.

The Redmi Note 15 features a 6,000mAh capacity battery that provides power for extended periods and offers a comfortable hand-feel. It includes 33W Turbo Charging and 18W Reverse Charging capabilities. The Smart Charging Engine manages battery health and efficiency in real-time. Even after 2,000 charge cycles, the battery maintains over 80% capacity, ensuring reliable use for more than 6 years. On a single charge, the phone can support two days of use, 24 hours of video playback, or 50 hours of calling.

Available in Glacier Blue, Purple, Forest Green, and Black colours, the device measures 164.03 mm × 75.42 mm × 7.94 mm with a weight of 183.7 grams. With IP64 dust and water resistance and Wet Touch Technology 2.0, the phone can be used comfortably in light rain, water splashes, or dusty conditions. The display responds accurately even when wet with water, sweat, or oil. The ultra-durable display glass keeps the phone safe even when dropped from a height of 1.8 meters. Additionally, the internal shock-absorption structure with a robust motherboard and reinforced mid-frame protects the phone’s critical components.

Photography and audio capabilities are equally impressive on this device. The 3X optical telephoto camera captures distant scenes clearly. The 108MP main camera, 2MP depth camera, and 20MP front camera cover four different focal lengths (24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 72mm), helping to capture accurate photos from wide-angle scenes to portraits. Dual speakers, 300% volume boost, and Dolby Atmos: Hi-Res support make the Note 15 an excellent entertainment companion.

The Redmi Note 15 offers up to 8GB RAM and 512GB storage, which can be expanded through a hybrid SIM slot. The phone runs on Xiaomi HyperOS and is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra chipset. Its octa-core CPU (up to 2.2GHz), Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage provide excellent and smooth performance. The Note 15 is available in 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 8GB + 512GB variants.

The device includes smart AI features like AI Erase, AI Remove Reflection, AI Beautify, AI Sky, and AI Bokeh. Google Gemini and Google Circle to Search make the user experience even smoother. The phone supports NFC, Bluetooth 5.6, nano SIM 1 + hybrid (nano SIM or microSD), 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, and 2G, 3G, 4G LTE FDD, and 4G LTE TDD bands.

For visual enjoyment, the 6.77-inch AMOLED display offers 120Hz refresh rate, 12-bit colour depth, high contrast, and 3,200 nits peak brightness. 3840Hz PWM dimming reduces screen flicker and eye fatigue. It is TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, and Circadian Friendly certified. For security, an in-screen fingerprint sensor and AI face unlock are available.

The Redmi Note 15, built with the Titan Durability concept, is now available throughout Nepal through the official dealer networks of Teledirect Pvt. Ltd. and Vatsal Impex Pvt. Ltd. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 29,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 35,999.
